In-Page Navigation for Easy Browsing
In-page navigation on detail pages reduces scrolling and helps users easily browse content. It stays fixed at the top of the page when users scroll down and only disappears when they scroll back up.
Detailed List Views
Who wants to know more about a restaurant at a glance when browsing? I do! To solve this problem, each restaurant has three callouts: type of food served, atmosphere, and specific location. This will help users quickly browse restaurants that fit their needs.
Re-defining Travel Guides with Data Visualizations
Everyone wants to know what the weather is year-round before moving to a city. This design showcases the current weather, in addition to temperature per year and rainfall per year. The user can also filter by year if they are interested in comparing weather by year. I want the users to be well-informed.
Final Designs
The homepage allows the user to easily browse through different cities and compare them. Recent blog posts are located at the bottom of the homepage to spark interest in certain cities. The city page displays all content the user would want to know about a specific city, from the best restaurants to the weather.
