Microsoft AI

Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence website that communicates the company’s position around AI and its offerings

Over the last year, an experience was created that tells a centralized story around AI that spans multiple audiences, while driving thought-leadership, depth of content, and discovery of Microsoft AI’s offerings. As the lead designer, I rebranded the site using Microsoft’s new brand requirements.

HOMEPAGE OPTIONS

This site is continually being updated and expanded, incorporating learnings and feedback into the user experience and content. 89% of all traffic to Microsoft’s Ai site is through the Homepage. I worked to ensure the Homepage was providing the users with all desired content.

SITE PERFORMANCE

With each user test performed, the site as a whole performed very well. Users found it easy to navigate and find the desired content.

As the site was redesigned and refreshed, I focused on keeping the site simple in design to help wayfinding and minimize frustration for the user.

Homepage visits

With the various redesigns and refreshed of the AI site, the average visits and page views increased over the course of a few months. The Homepage hit a high of 40,000 visits in one day between the months of December 2017 - March 2017.

PRODUCT PAGES

I designed four product pages, working closely with each stakeholder in order to include all business requirements, always thinking of how to create interesting designs within Microsoft’s Web Framework.
